Nazzaq was selected for the 2nd edition of the Malaysian Metal Compilation called 'Metals to Metals', with loads of local extreme bands such as Pyro, Dislocated Cerebrum, Negation, Psyrosix, Neftaraka, Demonical Crisis Assembly, Modar and lots more! | Extreme Assault Festival III |
| We are quite slow down this year due to difficulties of doing festival which affected us to continue the festival this year.The club where we always deal with (Maras FM Club, previously known as Focus 1 Discotheque) has closed due to some problems with the authority, not caused by us. They just operated exceeding their actual business hours, so their license is freezed. In the meantime, we're also looking for other venues, clubs where we could continously doing Extreme Assault Festival every year. If you could help us finding good clubs or venues with good conditions and facilities, please drop us a line! There are loads of exhausted bands out there, so we will work out the list of bands playing in the festival and also some underground series shows. Keep an eye on it! |

| Yusmira Left Tools of the Trade! New replacement and recruitment! |
 Sad to say that Yusmira, the drummer of Tools of the Trade has left the band to pursue his life, works and family. Here is the band's press release - "We would like to take this opportunity upon this release to announce that Yusmira has no longer in Tools family. The decision already made by him and we have to respect his decision, and as a human being sometimes we understand that we need to make drastic decision to persist our own life. There is no break down between us or any other personal issue. He'd only wanted to focus on his works and family plus other commitment which has higher priority. It's hard for us to say, but this is the fact that we need to face! Good luck and stay grind with us! We would like to take this opportunity also to introduce our new replacement to Yusmira and essentially our old closest friend who stays 300 kilometres away from our home town. Please welcome Khoo Kiang Hooi to the Tools family! We are very pleased to work together with him. Currently we are looking for a second guitarist who we'd plan to fit into the Tools family, we are now opened for anyone interested to come for an audition, contact us for more information! Cheers!"
