| 01. Why the price of certain stuff is high? This is because some of the items were imported from overseas and we pay a 'LOT' of postage for the shipping. The price may vary from where they were shipped from. |

| 02. Can I reserve my order(s)? For how long you keep my reservation(s)? Yes, we could reserve your order(s). Please ask our staffs for item(s) availability before you proceed to send your reservation(s). We keep your reservation(s) not more than 14 days (2 weeks). |

| 03. How is your reservation's terms and conditions? We based on 'First Come First Serve' basis. Once your reservation's exceed than 14 days, the item(s) shall be release and by the time we release the item(s), you will receive a short notice via e-mail or sms from our staffs. |

| 04. How should I reserve(s) my order(s)? We do accept your reservation(s) via e-mail, sms or phonecalls. We will start to calculate your reservation(s) order on the next following day. |

| 05. What else I need to do? Please list at least 3 alternatives items in case of the item(s) you ordered are out of stock. |

| 06. How about the payment terms? We accept MYR (Malaysia Ringgit) for local and Asia market and USD (US Dollar) and EURO for international market. |

| 07. How about the payment(s)? How should I pay you? We accept well-hidden cash in REGISTERED LETTER, BLANK postal order (Wang pos), bank-in transactions / transfer. We only accept paper money and NO COINS please. |

| 08. Do you accept credit cards? We do not accept credit cards. There is still no money transactions service for PAYPAL in Malaysia. Please wait for our until further notice about this news. |

| 09. How you ship my order? We ship out your package with professional packaging. All orders are send out via Airmail. Please take note that all orders are send out without jewel case (tapes / cds / dvds only). |

| 10. How long you take for ship out my order? It depends on where you are staying, living or the address goes to. Time taken for shipping may vary from each places. It should be no longer than 14 working days. |

| 11. Are the package(s) insured? No unless you request for it. We do register every packages that we ship out, so it might safely arrive to you or to the address stated. Extra charges will be incurred if you need to insured your package. Please write to us. |

| 12. How if I didn't receive my package? We do not held any responsibilities for any lost package. We have the records in our database. If you have not receive your package in 14 days, please e-mail us. We will provide you the tracking no which was written on the regitered sticker itself, and please clarify with the postal services from your area. |
